Job Description
- We are urgently hiring experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Automation Engineers with strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, (having experience in GenAI-based automation is a plus) for contract roles in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- The role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation frameworks and agentic evaluation systems using Evals in LangFuse to ensure the highest levels of software quality, performance, and reliability.
- This position is hybrid, and includes a mandatory in-person interview with onsite coding evaluation.
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
- Implement and manage GenAI automation pipelines and agentic evaluations using Evals in LangFuse.Develop end-to-end automation solutions for web, API, regression, and
- performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure complete test coverage and faster release cycles.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, automation strategy, and QA process improvement initiatives.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Conduct API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or Playwright API.
- Execute manual and exploratory testing where automation is not feasible.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools (JIRA, Azure Boards).
- Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, cases, reports, and automation documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in QA Automation, including both manual and automated testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with working knowledge of Python or Java preferred.
- Experience with GenAI automation, Evals in LangFuse, and LLM-based testing methodologies is preferable.
- Solid understanding of QA principles, test design techniques, and automation best practices.
- Proficient in CI/CD tools, Git, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
