We're seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with expertise in Manual, API and Automation Testing, particularly in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications.
- Lead and manage a team of test analysts, providing guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium, Java/Python.
- Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile delivery models, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Manual Testing: Experience in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and defect management.
- Automation Testing: Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/Python.
- API Testing: Experience in API Testing using Postman/RestAssured.
- Test Management Tools: Experience in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
