Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Python/React Developer at Employ Log. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end web development tasks using Python and React. As a senior developer, you'll be leading backend development using Django while also contributing to our React-based frontend. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create fast, secure, and user-friendly applications.

• 5+ years of experience with Python/Django
• 2+ years of experience with React.js
• Proficient in REST API design, PostgreSQL, and unit testing
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Previous work on SaaS or enterprise platforms
