Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Python or JAVA Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients.
This role focuses on applied AI, including LLM integrations, agent-based systems, automation workflows, and scalable backend services.
You will work closely with product leaders, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate business problems into reliable AI-powered systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Delivery
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation from prototype to production.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy are best practices.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering standards.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work with client teams to understand requirements and use cases.
- Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with AI Enablement Engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
Required Qualifications
Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from Top universities in India
- Minimum of 8 years experience as software engineer in development and/or consulting role
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building production-ready backend systems (REST APIs, microservices)
- Knowledge with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and system design
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Startup or fast-paced product environment experience
- Experience working directly with enterprise or global clients.
- Exposure to AI governance, safety, or compliance frameworks
