Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems using Python and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in API development, microservices, serverless architectures, and cloud-native solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on coding skills, and experience delivering high-performance applications in fast-paced Agile environments.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend applications and microservices.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, etc.).
- Work with serverless frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools or DevOps platforms like Jenkins/GitLab.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, frontend, and product teams.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex backend and cloud-related issues and drive root cause analysis.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, especially Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB or RDS.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices at scale.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
