We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Backend / AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI/LLM technologies, with a proven ability to build distributed, scalable applications on Azure.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using FastAPI, Django, and Flask
- Build and optimize microservices-based architectures with scalable and fault-tolerant designs
- Develop data processing and analytics solutions using Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn
- Implement LLM/AI solutions including LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases
- Design and manage NoSQL data models using Azure Cosmos DB
- Develop distributed and asynchronous systems for high-throughput applications
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes (AKS)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, performance benchmarks, and security standards
- Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, performance, and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Python backend development
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and/or Flask
- Solid experience in Azure Cloud and cloud-native application development
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and Asynchronous Programming
- Experience working with Cosmos DB and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and Vector Databases
- Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, and DevOps best practices
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools
