Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance Python code.
Build and maintain backend components to ensure application responsiveness and scalability.
Design and implement APIs and system integrations.
Develop web applications using Django and other Python frameworks.
Implement server-side logic to support front-end components.
Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases with focus on performance and integrity.
Write and optimize complex database queries.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver full-stack solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall code quality and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years Hands-on experience in Python development, including framework like Django.
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, with familiarity with its standard libraries and best practices.
Frameworks: Proven experience in Django; additional exposure to Flask or FastAPI is a plus.
API Development: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Tools: Familiarity with version control tools like Git, and CI/CD practices.
Problem Solving: Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an Agile environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Candidates from IITs and NITs are an added advantage.
