About The Opportunity
A technology services organization operating in the enterprise software and digital transformation sector, delivering end-to-end web applications and cloud-native solutions for B2B customers. We build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern Java and JavaScript stacks to drive business outcomes across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend for enterprise web applications.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices, implement secure integrations, and ensure API versioning and backward compatibility.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to define architecture, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment practices for on-site delivery.
- Optimize application performance and scalability—profile, tune SQL/NoSQL queries, and improve front-end rendering and bundle size.
- Own code quality: write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices for maintainability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead small technical tracks, and contribute to design discussions and sprint planning.

- Strong understanding of Agile development, unit/integration testing, and version control (Git).
