We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR & Corporate Communications Manager to lead media relations, enhance brand reputation, and position our leadership

as thought leaders in the fintech ecosystem. This role requires strong storytelling skills, media network experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally across

internal and external stakeholders.

Work Location: Gurgaon ( WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations & Strategy

Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers

Develop and execute strategic PR plans to support brand objectives and product milestones

Manage press releases, media advisories, and journalist outreach

Monitor media coverage, respond to queries, and handle press requests

Thought Leadership & Executive Branding

Support visibility for founders and senior leadership through interviews, authored articles, and speaking engagements

Draft talking points, op-eds, quotes, and keynote content

Identify relevant industry forums, summits, and conferences for participation Content Development

Create compelling narratives for corporate announcements, business updates, and product storytelling

Ensure consistency and alignment in all public-facing messaging

Collaborate with digital/social teams to amplify PR efforts across platforms

Crisis Communication & Reputation Management

Develop and maintain protocols for issue handling and crisis response

Work closely with internal teams to prepare and deploy real-time communication strategies

Monitor brand sentiment and proactively address reputational risks Reporting & Analytics

Track, measure, and report on media coverage, sentiment, and PR KPIs

Maintain media databases, press kits, and campaign performance dashboards

Coordinate with agencies/vendors for execution, reporting, and optimization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field

12 years of relevant experience in PR/Corporate Communications (agency or in-house)

Strong media network, especially in business, tech, and startup sectors

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience managing PR agencies and external vendors

Fintech, BFSI, or digital-first brand experience is a strong advantage
