Senior Public Relations Account Executive

Open Door PR is hiring for a full-time Senior Public Relations Account Executive to join our growing PR agency that specializes in the American market. The role requires a thorough understanding of PR, good writing skills, interest in media/news, working social media knowledge and extensive research skills. Adhering to deadlines, attention to detail and a general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets is a must. Three to five years of prior PR experience is required. Depending on the candidate's location, this could be a remote work position. Some of the core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Building thorough media lists

- Operating media databases and media monitoring platforms

- Curating news roundups for clients

- Monitoring media coverage for clients

- Researching PR opportunities for clients such as events, conferences, awards,new publications, etc.

- Running competitive audits

- Drafting LinkedIn content

- Drafting media pitches, thought leadership content and media materials

- Compiling monthly and quarterly client reports
