Through preventive education, capacity building in healthcare, community engagement, and stigma reduction, Daughters of Jijau is committed to creating a long-term systemic impact. Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Proposal Writer based in Pune City, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process. This includes crafting high-quality, persuasive proposals in alignment with RFP requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, and maintaining clear communication throughout. The role also requires analyzing proposal opportunities and managing timelines to meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Proposal Writing, Proposal Management, and handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Strong Technical Writing and editing skills for concise and impactful proposal content
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively
- A proactive approach to meeting deadlines, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare, NGO projects, or initiatives aimed at social impact is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
