Senior Proposal Specialist

Requirements-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable / Energy). MBA is an added advantage.

5-7 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation / tendering / bidding for renewable energy projects.

Experience in dealing with international clients, global stakeholders, or multi-country tender processes is preferred.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for renewable energy tenders including RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, ITTs, and other bid formats.

Review tender documentation, identify key requirements, risks, and deliverables, and define the bid response strategy in collaboration with Sales/Technical leads.

Prepare customized techno-commercial proposals using internal technical libraries, templates, and past submissions.

Develop high-quality proposal content including project methodology, scope of work, execution approach, deliverables, timelines, staffing plans, cost elements, etc.

Coordinate and consolidate inputs from engineering, financial, legal, HSE, and leadership teams to finalize proposal submissions.

Maintain full control over the proposal schedule, ensuring timely delivery of drafts, reviews, and final submission.
