Senior Proposal Engineer

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client and tender requirements

• Design cost-effective automation solutions using Rockwell Automation and third-party products

• Develop bottom-up costing for proposed engineering solutions

• Participate in client and internal meetings for requirement gathering and scope definition

• Create proposal scope summaries and presentation materials for review and approval

• Ensure proposals are validated using organization-approved tools and templates

• Maintain accountability for timely, high-quality proposal delivery within budget expectations

• Collaborate with global engineering and regional teams for proposal execution

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and engineering standards

• Maintain business systems such as SharePoint, IFS, ProMS, Proposal Works, and MS Project

• Support knowledge sharing and best practices across proposal engineering teams

• Ensure confidentiality of technical, financial, and commercial data

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and project management teams

• Follow IEC codes and industrial automation design standards

• Support continuous improvement in proposal accuracy and engineering efficiency
