Senior Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
• Design and propose automation solutions using Rockwell Automation products and third-party systems.
• Prepare bottom-up costing and estimation for proposed engineering solutions.
• Participate in client and internal meetings to understand scope, technical requirements, and project expectations.
• Create detailed scope summaries, technical documentation, and presentation materials for proposal reviews.
• Ensure proposals are validated using organization-approved tools and processes.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of technical, financial, and commercial proposal data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and project management for proposal execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals with high quality and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Support knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across proposal engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
