Senior Proposal Consultant

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client and tender requirements

• Develop cost-effective automation solutions using PLC, DCS, SCADA, and related systems

• Perform bottom-up cost estimation for proposed engineering solutions

• Ensure proposals meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including customers, sales teams, and project managers

• Prepare detailed proposal documentation and technical scope summaries

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements

• Participate in client discussions for requirement gathering and solution alignment

• Maintain high level of accuracy, accountability, and documentation quality

• Support cross-functional coordination across engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and marketing teams

• Ensure adherence to global best practices and industrial design standards

• Manage multiple proposal tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines

• Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and optimized solution proposals

• Support continuous improvement in estimation accuracy and proposal efficiency

• Maintain confidentiality of technical, financial, and commercial data
