Senior Proposal Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Leasing Advisory RFP submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion based on complexity.
• Lead end-to-end project management across the entire pitch lifecycle.
• Conduct pre-sales research and scoping exercises with business line stakeholders.
• Align deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and strategic response elements with stakeholders.
• Create first baseline draft RFP responses leveraging Leasing Advisory proposal databases and baseline libraries.
• Oversee development of bid presentations in coordination with Business Stakeholders and Graphic Design Team.
• Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches and update baseline content.
• Develop and continuously improve Leasing Advisory materials, ensuring accuracy and currency of market data, logistics statistics, and industry trends.
• Collate and deliver critical business data including case studies, client testimonials, organizational charts, awards, and core business statistics.
