Role Description
Square Yards is looking for a qualified Senior Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, with a compensation package of up to 6 LPA. The Senior Property Consultant will identify and communicate with potential clients to understand their property requirements, provide expert advice, and guide them through property transactions. The role also requires the consultant to build strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and help clients navigate the real estate process seamlessly. This position involves working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, staying updated on market trends, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to guide clients effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Expertise in Sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
