Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Sales Engineer for an on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The role entails leading sales initiatives for automation projects, identifying potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, conducting presentations, and managing the project sales cycle. Collaboration with the technical team to ensure project excellence and staying updated on industry trends will also be key aspects of the role. The individual will work towards achieving sales targets while offering tailored solutions for client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in automation systems integration, process automation, PLC, HMI, SCADA software, and control panel solutions
• Strong sales acumen, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
• Understanding of various industry segments, such as textiles, printing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and metals
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation) or a related field; a master's degree or industry certifications will be an advantage
• Prior experience in project sales or automation services in an industrial environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
