Objective
To drive end-to-end execution of strategic and high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and ensure proactive communication
Establish structured project governance (cadence, reporting, dashboards, retrospectives)
Improve delivery processes and introduce scalable program management best practices
Ensure visibility and alignment across leadership through clear reporting and communication
Drive accountability while maintaining a collaborative, high-trust environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in fast-paced tech environments
Strong experience managing cross-functional software delivery projects
Proven ability to handle ambiguity and drive structure in scaling organizations
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (certification is a plus but not mandatory)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve execution metrics
