We are hiring for AIML Ops Senior Project Manager role.
Candidate from Tier 1 Colleges will be considered for this role.
Experience Range: 6–10+ years of experience in project management
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
1. Work Order Intake & Execution Readiness
- Receive and triage incoming work orders from client and internal systems
- Lead requirement clarification with account teams and clients to unblock execution
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured internal delivery briefs (scope, volumes, timelines, quality metrics, tooling constraints)
- Ensure rapid turnaround from intake to execution readiness
2. Multi-Party Orchestration (Core Responsibility)
- Define optimal fulfillment strategy across:
- Internal delivery teams
- Gig workforce (AgentsOnly)
- Vendor ecosystem
- Issue task orders, define milestones, and actively drive execution
- Coordinate across QA, operations, and workforce management teams
- Manage multiple concurrent programs with tight timelines
- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary execution-level point of contact for clients
- Provide structured updates on:
- Delivery status
- Quality performance
- Risks and mitigation plans
- Align internal stakeholders across account, regional, and delivery teams
- Lead client-facing reviews and execution governance
4. AI Data Workflow Delivery
- Oversee delivery across AI data operations workflows including:
- Multimodal data annotation (text, image, video, audio)
- Model evaluation and RLHF-style workflows
- Synthetic data generation
- Red teaming and AI safety validation
- Ensure adherence to SLA, quality benchmarks, and policy requirements
- Support pilot-to-scale transitions for GenAI programs
5. Solutioning & Data-Driven Planning
- Partner with Solution Architects to validate:
- Feasibility
- Capacity planning
- Timeline commitments
- Maintain structured repository of historical work orders including:
- Effort actuals
- Quality outcomes
- Provider/vendor performance
- Enable data-driven decision-making for future scoping and pricing
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain live dashboards tracking:
- Throughput
- Quality metrics
- SLA adherence
- Analyze delivery trends to identify gaps in:
- Workforce performance
- Scoping accuracy
- Operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement across workflows, vendor performance, and tooling
- Identify automation opportunities to scale high-volume operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in technology, Business, Operations, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience in:
- AI/ML data operations
- Content moderation / data services / BPO environments
- Strong understanding of AI data workflows:
- Annotation
- QA
- Evaluation
- Pilot execution
- Experience managing:
- Multi-stakeholder environments
- Multi-vendor ecosystems
- Global delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate in:
- SLA-driven
- High-volume
- Fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with gig platforms / crowdsourcing ecosystems (e.g., AgentsOnly)
- Familiarity with workflow and tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Exposure to multilingual and global delivery programs
- Experience with dashboarding and data analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- PMP / Agile certification (nice to have)
