- Drive execution across global platforms by implementing and sustaining project and operational frameworks that ensure clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability.
- Govern project structures to maintain operational clarity for ATLAS and related global programs.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment through structured governance reviews, decision-ready documentation, and escalations supported by solution-oriented recommendations.
- Manage global reporting rhythms including dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries to ensure visibility into progress, pipeline strength, and business impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize pipelines, remove blockers, streamline requirements, and scale best practices across regions.
- Create and maintain standardized program documentation, playbooks, and operational assets to ensure consistent execution.
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and track issue resolution to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Lead innovation initiatives by driving automation, improved tooling, and enhanced metrics design to strengthen execution efficiency.
- Support organizational change by promoting ATLAS vision, ensuring adoption across regions, and providing operational training and enablement for consultants.
- Deliver actionable insights, scenario evaluations, and forward-looking recommendations to leadership to strengthen program impact.

Experience & Requirements
- 10 years in project management and governance within global, matrixed environments (or strong equivalent exposure with demonstrated operational impact).
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse regional teams toward shared goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience building governance frameworks, executing business reviews, and producing executive-level reporting.
- Proven experience identifying process gaps and implementing scalable automation or tooling improvements.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
