Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects across multiple business and technology domains. The ideal candidate will drive strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk governance, financial control, and change management while ensuring successful delivery aligned to business outcomes.
This role requires strong ownership, enterprise-level stakeholder management, and hands-on control of scope, risk, budget, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale enterprise projects from discovery through deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor project health using RAID logs and RAG status reporting.
- Ensure quality, cost, schedule, and resource tolerances are maintained.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions where required.
- Manage transition to Managed Services / Support teams.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as single point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Manage senior client relationships and ensure alignment to expectations.
- Facilitate open communication, decision-making, and executive reporting.
- Translate business needs into actionable project outcomes.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within client environments.
- Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Maintain and govern RAID logs.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation.
- Conduct readiness assessments for change impact.
- Develop structured change management plans for enterprise adoption.
- Drive post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
- Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking.
- Initiate financial tracking activities within approved systems.
- Monitor resource utilization and approve timesheets.
- Escalate financial and delivery deviations.
- Benefits & Value Realisation
- Define and track business value metrics.
- Support benefits realisation and performance reporting.
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional Project Management certification preferred.
