Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manger to lead end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance. This role involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and on-time outcomes.
- Manage scope, timeline, and P&L for assigned projects.
- Develop proposals, review estimations, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
- Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
- Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience 8 to 18 years in Project Management.
- Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
- Strong scope and customer relationship management.
- Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).
- Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
- Proficiency in business development and account mining.
Good to Have:
- PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
