Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager with a strong
civil engineering background to manage
end-to-end execution of group housing projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering
large-scale residential projects (5001000 apartments) and demonstrate long-term stability in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of group housing projects from planning to handover
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance norms
- Monitor project timelines and cost control to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle approvals, liaisoning, and coordination with local authorities
- Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress reporting to senior management
- Ensure smooth handover of 5001000 residential units with proper documentation
Candidate Requirements
- 1012 years of total experience in group housing / residential projects
- Mandatory Civil Engineering qualification
- Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management
- Must have successfully handed over 5001000 apartments
- Stable career profile with minimum 3+ years in one organization
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to relocate to Dehradun
