Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and effective stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and clients to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Define project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress through all phases.

Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive issue resolution.

Track and report project status, key metrics, and progress updates to senior management.

Conduct review meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with process standards.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).

67 years of proven experience in project management within IT / operations / product development domains.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
