Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent projects for a UK-based client focused on technology-driven process automation and internal transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, and handling escalations effectively across cross-functional teams.
This role requires strong project management discipline, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working with international clients (preferably UK/US) in a professional services or enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against committed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare reports, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives by ensuring disciplined project governance.
- Use project management tools and spreadsheets to maintain accurate tracking and reporting.
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise technology, transformation, or consulting environments.
- Prior experience working with international clients, especially in the UK or US markets.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, delivery tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Microsoft Excel
- JIRA
- MS Project or similar planning tools
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
