To plan, execute, control and ensure closure of projects, while managing people and delivery excellence in all parameters of time, cost and processes in projects.
Drive execution of the project roadmap and manage entire project lifecycle from strategy planning to tactical activities.
Ensure compliance to internal tools.
Determine methodology and processes for quality planning (in concurrence with project planning), define standards to use, document quality criteria and quality measurement processes, face audits and project process monitoring.
Sensitize the team to go beyond the immediate deliverables to assess how to provide greater value to the product and customers in agile delivery.
Ensure steering committee meetings and other regular meetings with internal stakeholders and customers.
Create and maintain project level dashboards to enable effective project management.
Promote team work, motivate, coach and develop people in the team to build functional skills, technical skills to deliver quality oriented results.
Ensure high levels of engagement within the team.
Manage complex scenarios effectively like business risks, support team issues, product issues.
Sound experience in Water Fall and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to DevOps CI/CD process.
Practical knowledge on Selenium, IBM Rational Robo, Performance Testing (Jmeter or Loadrunner) and Security testing using market standard tools.
Create sprint summary reports
Establish deployment plan (schedule, sequence)
Review/complete project set up and go live checklists
Create update project and resource forecasts
Review SOWs and Change requests, collaborating with Product Owners / Managers / Directors for developing test strategy and test plans
Manage and delegate work to the project team to ensure team meets all timelines
Manage conflicts with both internal and external teams and seek satisfactory resolutions.
