Senior Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in line with defined objectives, timelines, quality, and cost parameters
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, estimates, and status reports
• Act as the single point of contact for all project stakeholders across internal teams and external partners
• Assign project resources and ensure appropriate representation in project meetings
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate project risks through structured action plans
• Monitor budgets and ensure projects are delivered within approved financial limits
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders
• Prepare and lead project meetings, reviews, and status discussions
• Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks professionally to ensure timely resolution
• Implement project changes and corrective actions to keep initiatives on track
• Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned for future reference
