- Delivery ownership of multiple engagements - meeting timelines, maintaining financial health, ensure very high Client satisfaction
- We are looking for 7+ years of experience in Project management.
- Building a team by identifying and onboarding suitable team members
- Efficiently managing the team while keeping the team motivated and ensuring smooth delivery
- Preparing project/engagement documentation like Project plan, Risk/Issue register, Training plan, Communication plan, Change log, Case Study
- Preparing/presenting concise and accurate status reports to clients and internal leadership
- Finding additional business within/outside of current account while delivering engagement
- Knowledge sharing between different engagements
- Understanding industry/technology trend and applying it for engagement benefit
- Build high level technical and business domain knowledge
- Effective stakeholder management for client and internal stakeholders
- Experience of managing ServiceNow, Salesforce or Atlassian is preferred.
