Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and motivated SeniorProject Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud automation software solutions for enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage scope, timelines, and budgets, while also serving as a key customer liaison. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes that meet both technical and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud automation software solutions and internal development projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure delivery within financial targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate businessrequirements into actionableprojectplans, collaborating closely with consulting architects, technical leads, developers, Quality Engineer, Technical Writers, and System teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate meetings, demos, status updates, and validation sessions.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations for quality, timeliness, and value.
- Work with solution architects and consulting architects to recommend and shape additional servicesand solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and lead internal initiatives in regards to optimizaitons and enhancements of new versions, current solutions, frameworks and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development, IT services, or solutions delivery.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project management frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and client relationships.
- Experience with customer-facing project delivery consulting, product implementation, or post-implementation support.
- Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, MSProject oralternativesas Asana, Smartsheet,.
- Be able to build trust and rapport with customers; anticipates their needs and concerns.
- Navigates ambiguity and resolves delivery obstacles proactively.
- Clearly conveys expectations, risks, and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications (highly valued)
- Background/experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales.
- Experience with enterprise software, cloud-based platforms, or SaaS delivery.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience working with customers across the EMEA region.
