Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects across our retail and fashion operations. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, marketing, production, and retail operations.
The candidate should have strong experience in the retail or fashion industry, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects related to product launches, retail operations, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, production, marketing, and sales teams to align project goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects align with brand vision, business goals, and retail strategy.
- Prepare regular status reports and performance updates for leadership.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management within retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, fashion product cycles, and merchandising processes.
- Excellent project planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fashion brands, D2C brands, or retail chains.
- Knowledge of fashion production timelines and seasonal collections.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
