Tasks:
- Coordinate internal resources and work with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Accountability for project success.
Requirements:
- Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 8+ year's experience as Project Manager or in similar role.
- Very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks and best practices
- Knowledge of how to work in Agile project
- Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget
- Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies
- Proactive attitude, figuring things out
- Ability to manage priorities and risks
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
