  • Drive project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using industry-standard methodologies
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and margin control
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Provide delivery leadership and mentorship to project team members and junior project managers
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and best practices
  • Support pre-sales and transition activities by providing delivery inputs, estimates, and execution strategies as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Network & Security
  • End User Computing
  • Platforms, OS, and Middleware
  • Solid experience in infrastructure modernization, migration, integration, and transformation initiatives
  • Strong client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, coordination, and mentorship rather than direct authority
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Certifications (Preferred):

  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification
  • ITIL® Foundation or higher
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) – desirable

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Client-centric mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Strategic thinker with execution focus
  • Strong leadership presence and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Why This Role

  • Opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure transformation programs
  • Work closely with senior enterprise stakeholders
  • High visibility client-facing delivery leadership role
  • Platform to influence large-scale modernization initiatives without direct line management
