As a Senior Project Manager, you will own large-scale, complex implementation programs for enterprise customers. You will be the driving force behind flawless delivery, strong client relationships, and high-performing teamsturning ambitious CX transformations into reality.

- You will take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact technical projectsfrom kickoff to go-live and beyond.
- You will act as the primary customer-facing leader, driving project discussions, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- You will lead and mentor project managers while closely collaborating with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- You will run daily scrums, track progress across tools like Jira/Asana, and proactively escalate risks for leadership intervention.
- You will drive weekly and monthly business reviews, presenting insights, outcomes, and future roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
This is a Bangalore-based role.
We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or team-handling role.
- You have successfully delivered multiple enterprise-scale, customer-facing implementation projects.
- You bring strong experience working with cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- You are confident engaging with senior client stakeholders and driving business reviews.
What are the most critical skills for this role
- You excel at stakeholder communication and can translate between technical and business teams with ease.
- You are strong in planning, tracking, and execution using tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
- You have a sharp eye for risk identification and problem-solving under pressure.
- You know how to motivate, mentor, and scale high-performing project teams.
You will have an advantage if you:
- You hold certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- You have experience delivering SaaS or AI-led enterprise solutions.
- You are comfortable running WBRs/MBRs with CXOs and senior leadership.
- You have worked in customer experience, CRM, or automation-focused platforms.
