We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of home automation and AV automation projects. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality implementation of smart automation solutions across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of home automation and AV projects from planning to commissioning
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to define requirements
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and troubleshoot project challenges
- Support pre-sales discussions by providing technical expertise
- Evaluate and implement new automation technologies for improved efficiency
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management
Required Skills Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in home automation, AV automation, smart buildings, or IoT projects
- Strong knowledge of automation protocols like KNX, Zigbee, and Z-Wave
- Hands-on experience in audio/video and home theatre system integration
- Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
