Flexmoney's mission is to Re-imagine Consumer Credit for the mobile-first digital consumer. Our omni-channel embedded finance and affordability platform enables merchants, brands and partners to seamlessly embed contextual affordability options across all customer touchpoints and sales channels, so as to drive higher conversion and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs) to develop and offer RBI-compliant, digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.

Flexmoney was instrumental in working with Banks and merchants to create and establish the Cardless EMI product category in the market, enabling lenders to offer a fully-digital transacting EMI instrument at to their users at checkout without the need for a credit card.

Our market-leading Cardless EMI platform powers affordability for 68,000+ online merchants (including direct integration with marquee merchants Flipkart, Amazon and MakeMyTrip) across categories such as travel, insurance, home, fashion, sports, electronics, mobiles, health and wellness. We offer the largest supply of pre-approved digital EMI credit lines (60M+) to help drive best-in-class digital affordability coverage and conversion for our merchants and brand customers.

To power the next phase of Flexmoney's growth, we are bringing to market a best-in-class Omni-channel Embedded Finance and Affordability Suite - InstaCred 3601. Our new platform will enable merchants, brands and partners to seamlessly embed digital financing options across all sales channels: online, telesales, in-store and field-sales, enabling sales associates to drive higher conversion by surfacing actionable digital affordability options to the consumer much higher up the sales funnel. InstaCred 360 will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc

Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful

delivery of complex integration projects. This role requires exceptional project management skills,

cross-functional team coordination, and the ability to drive business outcomes through strategic

execution and stakeholder collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end integration of multiple systems and applications, ensuring seamless

transitions and optimal performance

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones

Lead cross-functional teams across business, product, and engineering to ensure alignment and

efficient execution

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, consistent communication and

exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle

Foster strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins to ensure alignment, progress

tracking, and successful project closures

Collaborate with external partners and clients to understand their systems, define integration

requirements, and co-create scalable solutions aligned with our product ecosystem

Partner with the product team to prioritize and drive new product features based on client

feedback and emerging needs

Deliver comprehensive project updates and performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring

transparency and accountability

Proactively identify technology gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize systems and

processes

Support and manage multiple ongoing integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on

time, within scope, and on budget

Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring potential issues are communicated effectively to

stakeholders and resolved in a timely manner

What we look for: Skill & Qualifications

Project Management Expertise:

o Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, particularly in

system/application integration

o Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,

or hybrid models)

o Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management

Technical & Analytical Skills:

o Understanding of software development lifecycles and integration workflows

o Ability to interpret and translate technical requirements into actionable project plans

o Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and enterprise software integrations

o Experience identifying technology gaps and proposing scalable solutions

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively

with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

o Skilled in managing client relationships, setting expectations, and driving client success

o Capable of presenting project updates, roadmaps, and risk assessments to senior

leadership

Collaboration:

o Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams to align on goals and

deliverables

o Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Tools & Platforms:

o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

o Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams,

Confluence)

o Experience with reporting and documentation platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets,

Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field

o PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus

o 6-9 years of experience in project management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consulting

environments
