Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading large software engineering teams (1520 members) in building user-centric, cloud-based applications (preferably on Amazon Web Services).
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in .NET and PHP, proven leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) in Agile environments. This is a leadership-driven role requiring excellent planning, estimation, monitoring, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software engineering teams of 1520 members.
- Drive full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) execution from planning to delivery.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies (minimum 3+ years in Scrum).
- Oversee project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure continuous monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations.
- Promote CI/CD practices, test automation, and quality engineering standards.
- Drive retention planning and people management initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, team-first culture across cross-functional teams.
- Utilize tools such as MS Office, Jira, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Technical Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in .NET (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of PHP and adaptability across technologies.
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications (preferably on AWS).
- Strong understanding of:
- Continuous Integration (CI)
- Test Automation
- DevOps best practices
- Experience integrating external products and vendor solutions.
