We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to join our Technology department. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects and mentoring of the PMO team members. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive successful outcome.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute software project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead software project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation.
- Monitor software project progress, project P&L, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular software project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and clients on project milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the software project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to software project team members, motivating and empowering them to achieve project goals.
- Conduct post-project evaluations of software projects, analyzing project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lessons learned in future projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualification
- B.E / BTech, MTech, MCA or MBA from reputed institutes.
Skills / Certification / Experience
- Proficiency in software project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum) and tools (MPP, Jira).
- Valid PMP or Prince certification is a must.
- Solid understanding/hold of Technology (including AI).
- Functional depth of financial domain will be a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program/service delivery management within the technology industry.
