Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role combines product strategy, agile delivery, and program management to ensure high-quality outcomes at scale.
You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product vision, drive execution excellence, and deliver customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of product thinking, technical understanding, and agile leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end ownership of product and project delivery, from concept through launch and continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities grounded in customer needs and data insights
- Lead agile execution using Scrum or hybrid methodologies, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery
- Act as Scrum Master when needed—facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Manage cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to drive scalable and efficient solutions
- Track and communicate progress, metrics, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, delivery frameworks, and team performance
- Ensure alignment with quality, security, and compliance standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, project management, or delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience leading agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with AI/ML or data-driven product environments
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
- Background in both product management and delivery/program management
