Senior Project Manager – Data Centre

Construction & Technical Management

• Oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities

• Review engineering design documents, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions

• Ensure compliance with construction standards and project specifications

• Manage MEP systems integration for data centre infrastructure

Risk, Quality & Compliance Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks

• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Budget & Cost Control

• Manage project budgets and monitor cost performance

• Review contractor invoices and validate payment requests

• Track change orders and cost variations

• Ensure financial control throughout project lifecycle

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines

• Coordinate procurement and contractor work schedules

• Monitor delays and implement corrective actions

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly project reports including progress, cost, and risk updates

• Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and technical records

• Provide structured updates to client and internal leadership teams

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Lead project teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders

• Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers

• Ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams
