Role Overview
We are seeking a seasonedProject Head / Account Directorto lead end-to-end execution of space design and retail rollout projects. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, coordination, execution, and final delivery, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards. This role requires strong commercial acumen, operational leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, execution roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies.
Prepare project costing, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and monitor financial performance against budgets.
Ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory compliance standards.
2. Stakeholder & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, procurement, operations) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, clients).
Drive client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and performance tracking.
3. Expediting & Process Control
Oversee expediting functions to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery across project phases.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule integrity.
Monitor project milestones and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
4. Logistics & Vendor Management
Manage procurement cycles, vendor negotiations, and performance evaluations.
Oversee logistics planning, site inspections, and material dispatch to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and brand guidelines.
5. Risk Management & Problem Solving
Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective decision-making under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
Maintain documentation, MIS reports SOP and compliance records.
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise inProject Management, with experience handling complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Strong experience incosting, budgeting, and BOQ preparation.
Hands-on experience inexpediting, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
Demonstrated ability to conduct inspections and uphold stringent quality standards.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience inretail marketing, branding, or turnkey retail rollout projectswill be an added advantage.
