Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore/Gurgaon regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of large-scale

workspace interior fit-out projects, managing teams of 5-15 members, and ensuring timely delivery

of projects ranging from 5 crores to 50 crores with coverage areas from 50,000 to 2,00,000 sq. ft.

Key Responsibilities

1 Lead comprehensive project planning from inception to completion

2 Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and milestone tracking

3 Coordinate with design, procurement, and Costing/QS teams to ensure seamless delivery

4 Manage project budgets and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality

5 Lead and manage project teams of 5-15 members across different functions

6 Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle

7 Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

1 8-15 years of experience in workspace/corporate interior fit-out projects

2 Minimum 10 large-scale projects executed as Project Manager

3 Proven track record in managing large value projects

4 Strong project management and leadership capabilities

5 Technical knowledge of C&I; activities and MEP Coordination

Reports to: Senior Manager/GM - Project Execution

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon (based on project requirements)

Team Size: 5-15 direct and indirect reportees
