- Candidate with 11+years of industry experience and strong expertise in the Banking & Financial domain (preferably Asset and Wealth Management).
Key Requirements:
- Technical background (preferably Java) not just an operational manager
- Exposure to latest technologies (GenAI, GHCP, etc.)
- Experience in proposals & RFPs
- Proven track record in managing/delivering diverse programs: Development, Modernization, Migration & Support.
- Commercial constructs Managed Services, T&M, Capacity & FM
- Strong understanding of financials (Revenue Recognition, Margin, Invoicing)
- People management experience (teams of 4050+)
- Client management expertise
- Excellent communication skills
