Position Overview:
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will oversee project execution, ensure stakeholder alignment, and ensure that projects meet their defined goals and deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering customer success and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Define and document project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and external partners, to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project and project plans, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization align with objectives.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, with at least 3 years in Salesforce project management or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Project Management certifications) are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
