Senior Project Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to join our dynamic team. With 6-10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, you'll be instrumental in managing and overseeing complex projects from conception to successful completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to meet all project goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, diligently monitoring progress against set targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects, developing robust contingency plans as required.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience working with international clients and stakeholders is a valuable asset.
