Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Devanahalli. The role involves overseeing project engineering and execution from inception to completion, ensuring project requirements align with quality standards, budgets, and timelines. The responsibilities include project planning, monitoring construction progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain project goals. The Senior Project Engineer will also liaise with stakeholders, manage project risks, and supervise on-site technical activities and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning
• Strong knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering
• 10-15 Years of experience in High rise apartment projects
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction
• Ability to lead and supervise multiple projects while ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional certification in project management (such as PMP) is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or infrastructure projects preferred
