Role: Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate interior fit-out work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of construction projects efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Site Inspections and Monitor Construction Progress:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is progressing as planned.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets the required standards.

Coordinate with Contractors, Architects, and Local Agencies:

• Work closely with contractors, architects, and local agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.

Verify Measurements and Develop Work Schedules:

• Understand and verify measurements with contractors to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and track the schedule of work to ensure timely project completion.

Material and Manpower Management:

• Manage the procurement and use of materials and manpower effectively.

Key Skills Required:

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with client representatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage
