Your role

As a Senior Project Engineer within our Project Management team, you will play a key role in leading crossfunctional engineering projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution of project deliverables. With strong technical understanding and structured project leadership, you will drive alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage endtoend project execution, including planning, scheduling, scope definition, and milestone tracking.
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration to resolve technical dependencies and ensure smooth progress across workstreams.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Ensure regular communication and reporting to stakeholders on progress, timelines, and key decisions.
  • Chair project meetings, technical reviews, and alignment sessions with engineering, product, service, and business teams.
  • Review project data, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Track and follow up on all project actions, ensuring timely closure and adherence to project commitments.
  • Coach junior team members and support capability building within the project team.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional discussions for quality issue handling, including assessment and followup of corrective actions.
To succeed, you will need
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical project management, engineering project execution, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work across engineering, service, supply chain, and business teams with clear communication and ownership.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret project data and drive structured decision-making.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant engineering fields PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience using project management and reporting tools (DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Recommended: Familiarity with QA/QE tools such as 8D, FMEA, and related quality methodologies.
  • Customer- and delivery-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Pune office.
