Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Senior Project Engineer at AEPL. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with clients specifications and company standards. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing detailed project plans, supervising project progress, conducting technical assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage resources and deliverables, and ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety regulations. The role also involves enhancing communication between teams and liaising with external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Project Management, Project Planning, and Project Engineering
• Competence in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering-related tasks and solutions
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in engineering project execution
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulatory compliance standards related to engineering projects
