Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Head of project coordinotion Internal Delivery to manage and oversee end-to-end delivery operations within the Localization/Translation domain. The role involves coordinating internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining budgets, and monitoring overall performance to meet quality and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day internal delivery operations for localization and translation projects.
- Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of projects in line with defined timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and manage project budgets; monitor costs to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and take corrective actions proactively.
- Assign projects to Project Coordinators based on workload, skill set, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
- Maintain delivery reports, metrics, and documentation for internal tracking and management review.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, workflows, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in delivery/project coordination within the Localization/Translation industry.
- Strong understanding of localization workflows and delivery cycles.
- Experience in budgeting, monitoring project costs, and resource allocation.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to translation management systems (TMS).
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
